The Golden Wound Pack Has Opened
The next recovered pack for Dominion’s Gambit has arrived, and this one cuts straight into the heart of Alyndor. I’m proud to officially announce The Golden Wound Pack, the next major booster release for The Great Card Game of the Shattered Dominion. This set is built around the great crown-city itself — Alyndor in all its splendor, rot, faith, ambition, and hidden violence. It is a set about polished marble and blood beneath the floor. About holy banners over crooked alleys. About kings, merchants, priests, spies, relics, city-watchers, oathbound knights, and the beautiful sickness that forms when too much power gathers behind golden walls. Where Sealed Fate felt like something old and recovered from the margins of the Dominion, The Golden Wound feels like a sealed document stolen from inside the city itself. This set contains 90 cards, including characters, lands, relics, tactics, spells, supports, and several high-rarity chase cards tied to the Crown, the Hallowed Order, the Black Lotus Syndicate, and the shadowed districts of Alyndor. Each booster contains 5 random recovered cards, with chances to uncover commons, rares, legendary diamond cards, premium star cards, and hidden faction pieces designed to deepen both collection and play. Some of the major chase cards include Alyndor, Crown-City of the Last Light, a radiant landmark card representing the city’s sacred heart; The Black Lotus Beneath, a shadow-faction centerpiece built around secrecy, sabotage, and hidden influence; Crownward Vigil, a defensive holy-city card for players who favor control and protection; The Gilded Knife, a dangerous syndicate relic made for sudden reversals; and The Golden Wound itself, one of the set’s signature cards, representing the terrible truth at the center of the city — that the brightest kingdoms often bleed in silence. The visual identity of this pack is deliberately old, ornate, and ceremonial: cracked parchment, black binding cord, wax seal, crown-and-lotus symbolism, and the city rising like a wound of gold beneath the compass of the Shattered Dominion. I wanted the pack to feel like something purchased in a candlelit back room of the Bazaar — beautiful enough to be royal, suspicious enough to be forbidden. You’ll be able to open The Golden Wound Packs inside the Bazaar, where recovered packs, special pulls, and future limited drops will be collected. The Bazaar is becoming the living marketplace of the card game: a place where players can open packs, chase rare cards, discover faction pieces, and build their personal Codex of recovered Dominion cards. This release is especially important because it begins expanding the world beyond beasts, swamps, and haunted wilds into the political and spiritual machinery of the city. Alyndor is not just a backdrop. It is a battlefield with stained glass windows. Every faction wants something from it. The Crown wants obedience. The Hallowed Order wants devotion. The Black Lotus wants leverage. The people want protection. And beneath all of it, something golden keeps bleeding. The Golden Wound Pack is now part of Dominion’s Gambit. Open carefully. Some crowns are not worn. Some are buried in the cut.
